Can Excess Exercising Worsen Health?
Excess Exercising

Date

We all are aware of the benefits of excess exercising and prioritize it as the most important activity of our daily life.

Exercise helps to boost up our immune system, stimulates our muscles, and provides a platform for our bodies to work actively and efficiently. Daily Excess Exercising is counted as a very beneficial and healthy activity.

Daily Exercising keeps our body healthy and fit and has a strong positive impact on our body and our soul and mind. If we exercise daily with constant consistency, we will see how it works on our bodies and minds. But, sometimes people go through excess exercise in order to get its fastest results in a short span and ultimately get affected.

Why this happens so? We all have been heard since childhood that excess of everything is terrible. The same is the case for excess exercising. If we exercise more than the requirement, then it will make our health worsen and poor.

In this article, we will go through how excess exercise makes our health poor.

How Excess Exercising affects our body in a negative manner:

Some studies have proved that usually exercising beyond and above the limit does not have any kind of impact on the body. But in some cases, exceeding above the limits can cause some severe issues and undo all the positive effects gained through exercise. Some research has shown that the exercising time period, on average, should be 5 hours per week for an adult. It means an adult person should exercise only 5 hours a week, not more or less, to stay healthy and fit.

It has been observed that runners have a more robust immune system, so they live a long life compared to non-runners. But, those who run excessively, who participate in marathon races, are more likely to die at the same rate as non-runners. Excessive running does not help to increase the life span.

Moreover, some of the exercises, if done excessively, then they lead to severe cardio disorders. Majorly, Cardiac Attack. In simple words, excess exercising can stress out the heart and leads to a heart attack.

Usually, there are fewer chances of heart attacks and strokes in females if they are super active once a week. However, the chances are more in the females if they exercise excessively throughout. Hence, it is proved that for both men and women, excessive exercise is not good at all.

Conclusion:

After knowing the myths of excessive exercise for both men and women, keeping a balance while doing exercise is necessary. Let exercise be a healthy activity. Do not let exercise undo all of its positive impacts on your body, leaving your body dull and unaffected  It has been proved through this article that exercising beyond and above the limits has myths on the body. It is only fruitful if it is done in a sensible manner.
